I am a paranormal and fantasy author, and once edited for Ellora's Cave Publishing, Inc. and The Wild Rose Press, Inc., for whom I now design book covers as well as many self-published authors. I have not only been traditionally published in many venues, but I tackled the task of self-publishing.

 With all this experience, there are many things I wished I had known as I had embarked upon my journey to become an author. This blog is how I share what I've learned with other established and aspiring authors. Perhaps you won't have to learn the hard way like I did and I can make your path to success a shorter one.

 I have various pen names under which I write:

  • Arial Burnz - Adult fiction - Bonded By Blood Vampire Chronicles - extremely steamy love scenes and almost always paranormal or fantasy fiction. But Arial Burnz will be cleaning up her act here soon. More to come later!
  • Christine Davies - Children's stories and picture books.
